"We had the absolute pleasure of being the very first guests to stay in one of the new boathouses at this marina, and it truly exceeded every expectation. My wife, our two boys, and I were welcomed into a space that was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. The deck quickly became our favorite spot—offering peaceful morning coffee and breathtaking night views of the Cooper River Bridge and the USS Yorktown just across the water. We loved how close we were to downtown Charleston—an easy 5–10 minute drive, or even a scenic 15-minute walk, which we did during the Cooper River Bridge Run. Right on-site, Island Cabana Bar served up delicious food and drinks, and their adjoining shop had all the little provisions we didn’t know we’d need but were grateful to find. The experience was made even better by Stay Duvet, the rental company—every detail was handled with care, and their service was truly impeccable. This place is a rare find!"

"We were looking for something different than a hotel room as it was just the two of us celebrating our 20th Anniversary. This houseboat was the perfect getaway spot! Easy to find, right on the water, peaceful, private, close to all the fun that Charleston has to offer and we loved the deck area on top! We spotted a dolphin by the docks our first night and loved the skylight at night. We have already shared the listing with friends and definitely want to come back with our kids!"
